Ok, so those who have been following my stuff for a while might already be aware of this.
Backstory: My mother is sick and has been for a long time. Earlier this year we nearly lost her. Since then she's had a couple of ops designed to give her more time while she's on the transplant list.
Tonight the call came through. I saw her and Dad off at the airport a few hours ago.
Depending on how the surgery goes (it's a long process with a lot of ifs and a lot of risks), I might disappear for a bit. I'll try to keep you informed as I go.
For now though, if you have any thoughts, prayers, good vibes, deals with various elder gods, etc, send them her way.
There's also a family suffering a tragedy right now, and they're being generous enough to try and help prevent us from going through the same. If you can keep them in your thoughts too, please do.

I'm going to try and answer any questions that came up while I was asleep, and then I'm going to spend a while getting everything ready to go up on backerkit.
Both the D20s and the D6s will be available as add ons in backerkit. You can add extra funds or use credit you added in Kickstarter
If enough manufactured Dragon Bagons are ordered in backerkit, I'll introduce rainbow as a colour option. This will not be indicated by the amount raised on the backerkit store, because that includes shipping costs and other add ons. I'll leave pre orders open for a while to give us the best chance of reaching that goal because I really want a rainbow option. If we do reach that goal, anyone who pledged for a just-in-case rainbow will be able to switch over.
Now that we have rewards likely to ship at different times, I'll need to talk with fulfillment partners around shipping and whether it's cheaper to store different rewards and ship bundles together, or to ship stuff separately as it comes in. I'll likely go with the option that costs backers the least and I'll keep you updated.
Remember also if you're selecting multiple add ons, it's worth getting in touch to talk about combined shipping, I may be able to sort out a better price for you.

I've added D20s to the rewards, they will also be available as add ons in backerkit so if you want one or more just add the cost to your pledge and you can select them later on while filling out your survey.
Because the faces of the D20 are much smaller than the D6, the design will need to be a bit simpler. We'll likely end up with something like the one on the right, but with much thicker lines. Alternatively, we could go with a reversed design on the d20, using negative space to show up the lines. What do you think?

Safe to say, you folks are amazing.
We have a mini stretch goal at $41,000 for a run of ten first generation dragon dicebags.
At $59,000 we unlock RAINBOW.
Can we raise $18,500 in three days? I honestly don't know. But I have a cunning plan.
Once I have surveys set up in backerkit, I can open pre orders. Manufactured Dragon Bagons may be slightly more expensive for pre order backers than those who have already backed the campaign.
If enough manufactured Dragon Bagons are ordered as add ons and pre orders before we go into production, I can add Rainbow as an option, then everyone who wants to switch over can update their survey, or if it's already been locked down, contact me and I'll update it for them.
It's unlikely that we'll be able to do a full custom multiset, but how do folks feel about adding a custom d20 into the mix as an in between goal?
