After successfully funding two colour options, adding rainbow to the manufactured run was the goal we missed. But a lot of lovely folks still want a rainbow, so here’s the plan:
If we get another 365 orders for manufactured Dragon Bagons, we can expand the manufactured run to include rainbow.
In the meantime, if you want to make absolutely certain you get one, you can now select a handmade rainbow Dragon Bagon as an add on in Backerkit. But here’s what you need to know:
1. We’re booked solid for handmade orders, so these would be fourth and fifth wave - the last items made. We’re talking the end of this year, maybe early next year.
2. Handmade is more expensive, I'm keeping the price the same as the other standard size handmade Dragon Bagons though.
But you’ll be able to secure an adorable cuddly rainbow Dragon Bagon to guard your dice.
Everyone who ordered a handmade rainbow Dragon Bagon will have a choice
Have a custom colour Dragon Bagon instead (with the same 4th/5th wave delivery time frame)
OR
Switch to a manufactured rainbow (if cards have been charged by this stage the difference in cost can be either refunded or credited to use for other loot)
Everyone who ordered a manufactured Dragon Bagon will also have a choice
Switch their original colour choice to rainbow
OR
Add one or more rainbow Dragon Bagons to their order.
And of course, manufactured rainbow Dragon Bagons will become a standard option for pre orders and those who want to add it to other pledges, like dice.

I've just sent out a test run of surveys - which sends surveys to a small number of people in each pledge level. It helps to spot any errors we might have missed and make sure it's working before we send out the bulk of the surveys. If you've received a survey email, the sooner we get your responses the better, and if you come across any issues, please let us know asap so we can sort them out :).

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond.
Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like.

NOTE: With the custom colour items, all the potential SKUs were clogging up the system, so the colour choices for each item have been broken into three questions. For example, if you ordered a custom colour Drakeling, it would look like this:
I realise that this could be confusing when you've ordered multiple custom colour items. The questions should be grouped together by which item they belong to, but if you have any trouble, get in touch and we'll sort something out. After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://dragonbagons.backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account.
If you pledged in the $1-$4 range or didn't choose a pledge level, and you'd like to order multiple add ons, your shipping cost will probably look way too high. If this is the case please get in touch and I can look at sorting out a better rate for you.
If you're selecting more than three add ons, again please get in touch so I can make sure you're getting the best shipping rate possible.
As I've said before, I'm still holding out hope that we can get enough pre orders of manufactured Dragon Bagons to expand the run and add rainbow as a colour option. If this happens before pre orders close, I'll announce it and organise for everyone who wants to switch over to get one :).
